PIXUS hosts students from Korea!

On 15th July 2008, 4 Korean students from Korean Minjok Leadership Academy came to visit our school. They were in Singapore to do some research on the English education in Singapore so we hosted them. They joined our lessons in the day time on 15th and 16th and in the afternoon we went sight-seeing with them.

It was pouring on the 15th and our trip to the night safari had to be postponed to the next day while we hope for good weather. We decided to visit the National Museum of Singapore instead as the Living Galleries close at 8pm and it's free.

As you enter the museum, you're welcomed by the infamous David from Italy!

Singapore's version of Davis is red instead of white. A picture with David... together with my Miu Miu lamb... also from Italy... hehehe

The 2nd day, thanks to the great weather, we headed for the Night Safari. I didn't take many picture as no flash photography is allowed. It was my first trip there and I had a lot of fun... I would strongly recommend people who hadn't been there to make a trip there. But don't expect to see many animals running around or something coz it's night time anyway...

Gals...

Guys... acting cool

The gals with me... hey I look like them right?? Or rather...they look like Singaporeans! The IN thing for posing is no long the "V" sign or the "Five" sign... it's the inverted-V known as "Victory Aye"... according to the Korean gals :P

The gals enjoyed hanging out with us so much that they joined us again on Friday night. Kyan invited us to attend the Night Festival at the museum...

It was really an eye opener... The Dancing Sky by Studio Festi from Italy... what would you expect? People dancing in the sky.... it's really amazing and I'm very glad I went
