PIXUS celebrates KP's birthday

PIXUS was with me on my first birthday and had the opportunity to attend a few celebrations with different groups of people... my colleagues, friends, family and students. I guess I'm a very lucky gal cause most people have only one birthday party but I have many!!! I definitely gained extra pounds throughout the 'festive' period. Wahaha...

The first party was featured previously at the Gallery Hotel. The second one was on Sunday, 24th September 2006 at my place. My relatives came over for a scrumptious steamboat and korean bbq dinner... proudly prepared by my mom, Mdm Lim. Hehe... What's a birthday party without cake right? So here's my yummy chocolate cake. My cousin Grace bought it for me! It's from Xavier (Takashimaya). Grace is the one in the pic (in jeans) helping me light the candles. Max, her son is the one in stripes. Very cheeky boy but absolutely afraid of his Auntie KP (becoz I'm a teacher!!!)




Now, let me blow the candles! Wow... so many candles!

On the actually day, that is Tuesday, my colleagues celebrated with me. Here's another cake... a blackforest cake. Yummy!

It's a starfish shaped Swarovski crystal ear rings. Nice...


The next celebration was with my form class 3A. They kinda gave me a surprise after school. I said 'kinda' because they sent some lousy actors to ask me questions after school so that I wouldn't leave the classroom before the cake arrived. Haha...
So anyway, my lovely kids bought a cake, gave me cards and gifts and also a beautiful birthday card. Am so touched.... These are the pictures taken from Binghao's camera.

That afternoon, I also received flowers (above) from my nephew GAURAV, from USA! Nice right? Here's a cute pic of my nephew...

he's a chindian btw and he might be Megan's bf next time... hahaha (if King and Queen Ong approves).


Later that night, I went for dinner with my buddies, Miss Chin and Miss Lee. We went to PREGO at Raffles the Plaza. We order pasta and pizza... the pizza is really yummy but the pasta is so so only.


The 3 of us had a competition on who can display the ugliest glutton face. Can u be the judge? I think I win... hahaha





My favourite dish at PREGO is the tiramisu. Check it out...


Miss Chin order some cool dessert and she can't wait to eat it!



On Thursday, 28th september, I went out for buffet dinner at The Oriental. Wah super full man.... too engrossed in eating the dessert to take picture!


So, to end off the week of celebration with a bang! We went partying on Saturday!

BTW... we ate KFC for dinner that night! Wow.... can u calculate the amount of calories I took during that week? FAT FAT FAT!!!!

Here are some of the presents I received... includes ear rings, watch, bag, perfume, flowers, mugs, face mask, body scrub and also cellulite cream.... hahaha. I definitely need it.
