PIXUS spends Dec Holidays with Gaurav

Gaurav visited Singapore with his mummy and daddy from 8 Dec to 3 Jan and PIXUS took tons of pics of him. Here are some of the pics I have yet uploaded.

PIXUS visited the zoo with Gaurav weeks ago in December. It's been years since I've been to the zoo as well. I remember going there once a year when I was in primary school because my dad's company always had their Family Day there. It was nice going back after all these years :)

PIXUS meets Lionel and Megan

It's been a while since I've added pictures of babies. I think many AMKsians are waiting for this baby's pic. It's none other than Mrs Ang's son, Lionel Ang!

He came to school this week and PIXUS snapped shots of him! He's so chubby!

PIXUS visits Australia -- Day 11

I'm super tired.... shouldn't have partied until so late! We expected the drive to the airport to be long and difficult so we set off early at 10am. Who knows... we arrived in about 30mins! So we returned the car, checked in our heavy bags and went to spend our remaining Aussie dollars.

We bought Red Rooster... not bad...

Do I look tired?

After we cleared customs, we took more pics. Bundaberg... I love the Ginger Beer!

Alright... after spending so many days in Australia, it's time we return to Singapore. We had a really enjoyable time in Australia even though there were a little hiccups along the way. I had 2 very good travel mates and I wanna thank them for making the trip such a wonderful one. We'll go on another adventure soon together so watch this space for more stories! Hope you've had fun reading up on all our 11 days in Australia! So long....

After breakfast, we had to say goodbye to CedarGlen. We had a really enjoyable time here. It's definitely something that you would never experience in Singapore. Wonder when will I ever come back again... hmmm....

One last shot before leaving...

Our next destination is Lone Pine Koala Santuary, near Brisbane. Again it's a long drive and it's not an easy place to find. One wrong turn and we headed back to Goldcoast! Hence, we stopped at a rest area and asked for directions. After about > 2 hrs, we finally arrived at Lone Pine Santuary. My face was burnt driving for so long under the scorching sun (I couldn't replenish the face block while driving).

Anyway, the trip was worth all the driving because it's the first time we've ever met and touched a Koala Bear.

We walked around for about 2 hours and drove to Brisbane. It's not difficult to get to Brisbane but it was hell looking for our hotel. There are so many one way roads and it seemed almost impossible to get to Wickham Terrace. It's really frustrating and tiring!!! We asked for directions twice and finally got to the hotel... phew!

We're lucky today coz shops extended shopping hours to 9pm so we went shopping around Queen Street Malls. Sadly, we were too tired to shop so we didn't much much.

Does we look like some lao da?? Hahaha

Remember Ms Chin's frenz? Well, they brought us to eat at Chinatown and after that we went clubbing! Hooray... clubbing in Brisbane... hehehe...

Apparently, Brisbane's trend on acting cute is to put a finger on the nose... wierd...

Group shot and suddenly 2 strangers appeared in our pic!!!

Some Jap or Korean tourists... FYI we don't know them!

We went back to the hotel almost 3am and we had a plane to catch the next morning!!!
